1. WAS YOUR FIRST PREGNANCY PLANNED? yeah it just took a long time because it was so hard for us to get pregnant it took 2 years.

3. WHAT WERE YOUR REACTIONS? Excited and nervous, shocked because it was so hard for us to get pregnant.

6. HOW DID YOU FIND OUT YOU WERE PREGNANT? the doctor had to tell us because I just thought I had the flu and we found out we were pregnant at 11 weeks.

12. WHO/WHAT IRRITATED YOU THE MOST? Breaking my foot at four months, going to school ( they don't make desks big enough for pregnant women), getting sick 1 day before i had her.

14. DID YOU WISH YOU HAD THE OPPOSITE SEX OF WHAT YOU WERE GETTING? We thought before we found out that we might want a girl but when we found out we were so excited and didn't want anything else.

17. WAS IT A SURPRISE OR DID YOU KNOW? Yeah, my sister got married the day before and so everyone was up and all the family was there so we did it then. it was neat because my friend had her baby a few days earlier and was there for a while.
18. DID YOU HAVE ANY COMPLICATIONS DURING YOUR PREGNANCY? yes, fell down 1 stair and broke the strongest bone in my foot (don't recomend that but long story), and Toxemia in the last month so I was on bed rest for a week before she came.

20. HOW MANY HOURS WERE YOU IN LABOR? 7 hours, 30 min pushing ( was supposed to be longer but i couldn't stop it and luckily the nurse walk by at that time and caught her)

22. WHO WATCHED YOU GIVE BIRTH? Jace, my mom and the nurses the doctor missed it by 5 minutes.

Married Life

3. How long have you known your spouse: Well known him and remember is 9 years, but our families have known each other all our lives (dad's were friends in high school and parents used to play cards together, in same stake for 22 years and really didn't know it)
4. How long did you date before you were engaged: We officially dated 3 months before we were engaged but we both knew we were getting married the first date. (long story ask me if you want to know)
5. Where did you meet your spouse for the first time: Technically it was in high-school his graduating year 2000 but I really hated him then but when we met again in November 2002 I knew I wasn't going to get rid of him, Oh we were bowling at Teton Lanes with a bunch of friends.

7. Do you have any children: yes 1 daughter Embree Anne that is 3, and a cat that we clam as our family Missy who we have had for almost 6 years

vent

Well it is official I think that i have lost my mind. I am so busy that I can't even think. We are really struggling and on top of that school is ruling my life I may only get to see embree on saturday if I am lucky and sunday. I am going into withdrawls with not being able to see my family. To top that our financial situation just got worse. Jace was forced to quit his part time job by his best friend. I guess it was good in a way the mother of his friend worked there to and made it a living pain to work there and she was the reason jace got canned. Well to top that because of the economy and living in a college town and community no one is hireing so lets just say ouch. Well on top of that we had to get a second car because our other one died and wouldn't be resurected. So we bought a used 2001 saturn L series and we knew that it had problems but they guranteed they would be fixed and they would pay, well no matter how long it was in the shop it never got fixed and we were ending up in the same situation that we were in before. Well long story short every time we got in the car we got sick because the exhaust went right back into the car. Well we took it back after we found out it was a lemon and got another with a higher price without wanting and yet that is the only one they would give us. so we have been having trials but yet we are still a family and working together i just wanted to vent sorry.

So we thought that last year was bad!! This year it was 2 times worse can you tell by the face! we can't stop laughing.

finally

well it has been a really long time again sorry. Well it has been a really long time because of the economy Jace has been on the verge of being fired every day. We have been living with very little and yet I don't think that it could have made us closer we have really gotten closer as a family during this time. From little if any work it just gets harder and harder to see the light at the end of the tunnel but we have really been hit hard with the fact that nothing matters when you are a family and work together. Well about three weeks ago my mom found a job opening at the college and we thought yeah right a guy with not much education and little experience is not going to get it. Well he applied for the job and we contacted everyone we could think of who would have an influence and help Jace so we waited for a week and when the job closed we still hadn't heard from them and were okay with the fact that he didn't get it. Getting a job on campus is really hard and hardly any gets jobs there without a lot of influence and things. Well a day later Jace gets a call and asked to an interview and after he goes in it is another week till they call him in again for a final interview and an other few days till the final decision. Well he got called back and the guy acted as if it was a let go sorry that you didn't get it we want the other guy and that is the way they want to go, but then he said that is what they wanted but he stuck his head out for him and JACE GOT THE JOB!!! He is now the new night supervisor at the Hart Building. It is not as god of pay as we need but hey it is a stable job and it has benefits. He works tuesday through saturday 11pm to 5am and so that is hard but he is still ooking for a part time job during the day but hey we are surviving I love this family.
